Don't miss our thrilling Halloween event for families with children aged 10-15years. Tickets must be booked online, and there are a limited number of tickets available each day.

Hallowtween is a slightly less scary verson of our multi award-winning Halowscream event. Venture into four of the infamous scare houses but without the actors that inhabit them at night. Plus live stage shows, meet our roving halloween characters, fairground rides (extra charge) and more. Please note Hallowtween takes place on the Hallowscream event site and does not include any of the York Maze play areas or attractions which are closed at this time of year.

Hallowtween is recommended for children 10+ but there is no set age limit, we leave it to parental discretion. Children under 16 must be accompanied by an adult at all times.

Tickets are sold in 30 min timeslots for the date you select, you cannot enter before your booked time and have to arrive within the 30 minutes timeslot. Once on site you can stay as long as you wish until closing. We recommend you allow at least 2 hours for your visit. Last entry 3pm, Scare Houses, rides and food outlets close at 5pm, site closes at 5.30pm.

York Maze is now a cashless venue, you will need to pay by card for any rides, merch, food & drink etc.
